Research was completed on the current Air Canada app, website, and provided resources. The Toronto Pearson Aiport was also analyzed, being the location of the use-case scenario, along with a user's journey map through this process.
DEMOGRAPHIC RESEARCH
With the target demographic of this redesign being experienced economy+ and business travelers, I conducted a survey to determine the needs, concerns, and thought processes of these users while traveling.
