AIR CANADA
EXPERIMENTAL
APP DESIGN
An experimental app design for Air Canada, with a focus on improving a user's in-airport experience during a layover.

Project Brief:
Research, prototype, and build a digital UX/UI to improve the customer experience during 'dead time' between connecting flights at airports.
RESEARCH
Research was completed on the current Air Canada app, website, and provided resources. The Toronto Pearson Aiport was also analyzed, being the location of the use-case scenario, along with a user's journey map through this process.
DEMOGRAPHIC RESEARCH
& SURVEY
Researching economny+ and business class flyers to understand their experience during a layover and with airline apps. By surveying 5 members of this demographic, persona cards, empathy maps, and journey maps were made to outline the needs of a user.
